Refunds & Revisions Policy

Because each portrait is a custom-made digital product created specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds once the order has been started or delivered.

Each order includes reasonable revisions to help make sure the final portrait matches the details provided at the time of purchase.

Revisions may include small adjustments related to the original instructions, such as minor changes to hair, clothing, colors, facial details, accessories, or other elements already mentioned in the order.

Revisions do not include major changes that were not requested in the original order, such as changing the art style, replacing all reference photos, adding new people or pets, changing the full composition, or requesting a completely new portrait.

If the customer requests additional elements, new photos, extra people, extra pets, a different background, or a major change after the order has been placed, an additional fee may apply.

Since this is a personalized digital product, cancellations and refunds are not available once the work has started.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 48 business hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, number of people or pets, revision requests, weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The final custom portrait will be delivered digitally by email or download link, depending on the selected delivery method.

Customers must upload clear, high-quality, and well-lit photos where each person or pet is easy to see. The final result may depend on the quality of the photos provided.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have the right to use and upload the photos provided.

Our portraits are custom artistic interpretations based on the customer’s uploaded photos and selected style.

The styles shown on this website are artistic inspirations only. They are not official, licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with any registered trademark, brand, movie, game, studio, or character owner.

If the customer does not provide enough information, clear photos, or required details, the delivery time may be delayed.

We may use AI-assisted tools and digital editing software as part of the creative process. Uploaded photos are used only to create the customer’s custom portrait and are not kept indefinitely.
